Hungary, 1946. The Hungarian policeman Sandor must displace his foster father, the Hungarian-German farmer Michael and his wife from their old traditional farm. Between his deep connections and his duty, he tries to carry out the deportation as gently as possible. But Michael’s refusal to leave his country lead ultimatly to a tragic end.

 Nora Fingscheidt (born in 1983) grew in Germany and Argentina. She began to direct her first short films during her film studies in Berlin. Since 2008 she studies directing at the Filmacademy Baden – Wurttemberg.
