Film Central Danube - the heart of European Wildlife emerged as one of the products of the project "Danube - Cross-border protection of the Middle Danube", which was designed and implemented by the Association for the Protection of Nature and the Environment Green Osijek as the main carrier and partners National Park Danube-Drava from Hungary and Public institutions Agency for the Management of Protected natural Values from Osijek-Baranja County. It Is intended to educate and inform the public and stakeholders on river ecosystems, ecological processes of lowland rivers, the importance of conservation, and the potential for sustainable development. Project manager is Mr Jasmin Sadikovic.
Goran Šafarek ( Koprivnica, 1977) is Croatian biologist, explorer, photographer and cameraman. He finished high school in Koprivnica and graduated Biology at PMF Zagreb.
