CineStar Vukovar is completed at the end of 2013 and the city finally got the modern multiplex cinema after  23 years without any cinema.  The 8th VFF brought the significant location novelty - 3 big screens with capacity of 450 seats that had the positive influence on the rise in total visits and the quality of screenings. On this location in the evenings we screen documentaries in the competition, children's matinees and afternoon national focuses - each year the focus in made towards specific national cinematographie. In 2013 and 2014 it was British Focus, in  2015 French Focus in cooperation with Rendez-Vous festival of France in Croatia, in 2016 French Focus and Austrian Focus, while in 2017 we screen French films again.
